Chris Jericho’s KISS Tribute band KUARANTINE featuring Jericho on vocals, guitarist Joe McGinness (KLASSIK ’78), bassist PJ Farley (Trixter) and Luke Bryan drummer Kent Slucher, released their next single ‘Heart of Chrome’. “When we put together KUARANTINE, it was basically for two reasons,” pro wrestling icon, Fozzy frontman, radio and podcast host, and all-around heavy-metal diehard Chris Jericho says of his new project. “1) The four of us are all big non-make-up-era KISS fans and wanted to cover some of their great — and forgotten — material from that time frame, and 2) we were all stuck at home in lockdown with fuck all else to do!”
“We were pleasantly surprised and stoked to hear the huge reaction to our first single ‘No, No, No’! So what can a band that specializes in non-make-up KISS songs do to top that reaction with their second single?” enthuses Jericho. “How about tap the guitar player from that era to join the band? That’s exactly what we did when we asked former KISS axeman Bruce Kulick to join us on ‘Heart of Chrome’ — and he crushed it!” Kuarantine’s “Heart of Chrome” is available now across digital streaming platforms.
